What data we process
This site has no contact, booking or subscription forms and includes no advertising pixels. The data processed is:
- Technical server data: IP address and connection data, and records of failed login attempts to the administration area, to protect it against brute-force attacks.
- Web analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects data about the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and your approximate location, through an identifier that does not reveal who you are.
Legal basis
- Technical data: the legitimate interest of the owner in keeping the site secure and working properly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Web analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), asked for on arrival and which you can withdraw at any time from «Cookie preferences» in the footer. Until you give it, analytics stays switched off.
Telephone bookings
When you call to book a table we collect only your name, telephone number, number of guests and the date, for the purpose of managing that booking. This data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and is neither passed to third parties nor used for marketing.
Recipients and international transfers
We do not pass data to third parties except where legally required. The site is hosted by a hosting provider acting as data processor within the European Economic Area.
If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as processors and there may be transfers to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, on which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision in July 2023.
Retention
Technical logs are kept for as long as needed for their security purpose and for the applicable legal periods. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting the owner through the means indicated above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the rules.
Changes to this policy
This policy was updated when Google Analytics was added to the site. If forms or other tools are added in the future, it will be updated before they are put into operation.
